In 2002 Tom saw a need to have a place where a person could come and Worship just as they were. In other words they could come right from feeding and watering the stock or jump off the tractor or combine and come as they are to Church. Everyone being very causal. In summer having cold drinks,such as iced tea, water and soft drinks and in the winter having hot coffee,hot tea or hot chocolaate. This was the start of Calvary Country Church.

Steve and Tammy Bearden - Outreach Minister and Councilor

Pastor Steve Bearden was raised in and around Branson Missouri until he entered the United States Armed Services and spent 20 years in the Airborne Rangers. He has been in all kinds of conflitcs all over the world. He has received all kinds of medals including two purple hearts. One while in Deseart Storm and one when in Bosnia. When He retired from the Service He then went into the ministry. His first church was in Anadarko Oklahoma then he went to Alabama and then to Reed Springs Missouri just a few miles from Branson, now back to Oklahoma. 

Brother Steve is now the Pastor at Crown Heights Baptist Church in Woodward Oklahoma. ( NOW THIS IS WHERE WE PLAN ON HIM RETIRING FROM IN 20 OR 30 YEARS .)

Steve and Tammy have four grown children and grandchildren.

Steve has served as counsler for those on drug and alchol rehab programs.  Steve and Tammy are outreach partners and supporters of Merciful Angels Outreach.

Leland is a Deacon at Crown Heights Baptist Church,He is also Music Director and Crystal teaches Childrens Church.Leland has volunteered to do electrical work for the very needy.Like distresesed senior citizens the handicapped and the like, that are on the very bottom as far as income and other needs.

Kenneth and ReNita are the Youth Leaders at Crown Heights Baptist Church.Kenneth also takes care of technical opperations and ReNita is Church secretary. Kenneth has volunterred to do minor work on donated vechicles for the needy.

Reverend Harry and Barbara O'neil.

Harry was a Veteran of the Viet Nam war and spent 28 months in a hospital in Hawaii recovering from the wounds He received there. After returning to ElReno,Oklahoma He worked many years in the oil field before Driving a truck for Lee-Way trucking Co.He drove 13 years for Lee-Way,however He was also fired 11 times because of his fun loving ways of pulling non-injury practical jokes.When Lee-Way was sold out and all the drivers were laid off He moved his family to Elgin Oregon which is nestled in a valley between beautiful low mountians and became a lumberjack.They moved back to ElReno to be closer to their parents when they became elderly.Harry now being in very poor health,He has had 18 stints and a five bypass surgery and the lower half of His heart is now non-functioning. He lives each week to stand before the congregation giving a hell-fire and brimstone message so that no one leaves without knowing that they have a choice either salvation through Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior and live with Him in Paradise or be thrown into the lake of fire called hell, a place of eternal torment.He's a devoted Prayer Warrior and financial aid to Merciful Angels Outreach.

Barbara while still in highschool in the 50's was a weekly performer on the country and western show called Jude and Jodys in Oklahoma City.She performed numerous times on the Oklahoma Opray and the Louisana Hay Ride.She has written many songs and recorded them but not for sale.She plays with a band that does Rest Home Ministry.Every morning She spends at leat one hour studying Her Bible and teaches Sunday School and Leads the Music.She is also a devoted Prayer Warrior and financial aid to Merciful Angels Outreach.

Reverend Mary Hicks  Pastors the Faith Pentecostal Church of God in Paris Arkansas.

Joyce is a member of Living Word Tabernacle Church in Ratliff City Oklahoma. Joyce is the whatever it takes lets get it done type and takes on any chore that comes up. She is the area Outreach coordinator for the Angel Food Program.She also promotes the Churchs teen programs.She is a Prayer Partner,financial aid and recruiter for Merciful Angels Outreach Program.

Tammy (Girl) Edwards.  Tammy is a living example of how an Outreach Ministry can touch people in need. When in high school Tammy had a very bad experience. In her mind she thought that all of society blamed her and had turned against her so she turned against society. And because of it she wound up in a state institution for women.It was Prison Outreach Ministry where Her life was turned around by the Blood of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Tammy will come and talk to your youth group and tell them that where She's been they sure don't want to go. Theres no charge for her to come but because of low funds if you could fill up her tank with gas it's always a Blessing.
